    El Paso Human Services, Inc. (EPHSI), a private non-profit organization has been providing social services in El Paso County since 1984, and additionally in Presidio, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Brewster, and Hudspeth counties since 1990. EPHSI provides a variety of services to Child Protective Services under Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) funded contracts as well as Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) contracts. EPHSI has extensive experience in developing, implementing and executing state, federal and city/county funded contracts and has worked for the last 25 years in collaboration with federal, state, and local agencies in order to better serve our clients in this region. EPHSI provided services to 3,500 youth in El Paso County through programs providing support services to abused and neglected youth as well as juvenile delinquency prevention projects.

    We are a licensed 501(3)c non-profit sponsorship for the State of Texas Department of Agriculture's Child and Adult Care Food Program. Our Director, Mrs. Nguyen K. Nguyen, has over 20 years of experience working with child programs and has been in business as a CACFP sponsor for over 15 years now. Our goal is to help our home providers and child care facilities understand the importance of child nutrition in the developmental stages of life.
