Southwest Human Development Services was founded in Austin, Texas on September 5th, 1985. Our agency currently serves over 1,400 family day care providers who care for more than 14,000 pre-school and after-school children all over the state of Texas. One in every 5 family day homes in Texas participates with our Program. We operate in all Counties in Texas

Edinburg Child Care, Inc. on May 20, 1983 as a nonprofit private, tax exempt organization to sponsor nutrition and education service to children in day care homes and centers. We are a publicly supported organization under Section 501C3 of the IRS Code.
